Benjamin Strong became the first governor of the New York Federal Reserve Bank and single-handedly dominated monetary policy from the Fed's inception until his death in 1928. Strong had spent virtually his entire business and personal life in the circle of top associates of J.P. Morgan, and was an enthusiast for American entry into the war. He worked quickly to formalize collaboration with the Bank of England that resulted in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York becoming Foreign Agent for the Bank of England, and vice versa.

Article I section 8
The Congress shall have the power to coin money and regulate the value thereof...(not a private bank, like the N.Y. Fed.)
Article I section 10
No State shall make anything but Gold and Silver coin a tender in payment of debts...(not worthless pieces of paper with "Compound Interest" attached to them, not "Ledger-Entry-Credit").
Because of the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System, which is a Loan-Shark Monopoly, we have all become mortgaged Tax-Slaves. When you hear about the Economy, the National Debt, and the Compound-interest payments on this debt which comes from The Bonds, does anyone ask WHO gets the interest on The Bonds? Does anyone ask why we don't have a Constitutional Monetary System?
The New York Fed is a bookkeeper's dream:
Who'd ever think it belongs to the Queen?
But you must give credit, where credit is due;
You must give credit and compound-interest too!
Why has Congress allowed Foreign Bankers to Subvert our Monetary System for the pleasure of their own Profit?Undermining the Security and Sovereignty of our Nation...
